Men Suspected in Murders Across Three States Arrested in Florida
OCALA, Florida

Three men wanted in connection with separate murder investigations in New Jersey, Alabama, and Lake County, Florida, have been arrested, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrests were made with the assistance of multiple law enforcement agencies.
On January 29, 2025, 26-year-old Zafarri Francis, of Hudson County, New Jersey, was apprehended at a residence in Ocala. Francis, who had active felony warrants for theft, receiving stolen property, and firearm possession, was taken into custody without incident.
An additional warrant for murder was issued following his arrest, stated the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
The following day, deputies arrested 22-year-old Zachri Frazier, of Baldwin County, Alabama, after a high-speed chase in Reddick. Frazier, who was driving a vehicle linked to a Baldwin County murder victim, faces charges including fleeing law enforcement and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is continuing its investigation with assistance from Marion County detectives.
On January 31, 2025, law enforcement located 22-year-old Dieuseul Charlemon, of Lake County, Florida, who was wanted for first and second-degree murder while wearing a mask, armed residential burglary, and other charges.
Charlemon was also found with a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at the time of his arrest.
All three suspects are currently being held at the Marion County Jail awaiting extradition, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
