An Assault Allegation Leads to Felony Drug Arrest

MOBILE, Ala. What started as a complaint about domestic violence which included an assault, turned into much more as responding Monile police officers began sorting things out which led to a deeper investigation.
On Thursday, December 25, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of Brewton Avenue in reference to a domestic incident.
Police officers arriving on scene found that a female had visible injuries and that she and a known male subject had been involved in an altercation that left the female injured.
Mobile officers continued their investigation which resulted in two arrests and felony drug charges, along with other criminal misdemeanor charges.
Police said that drugs were discovered inside of the home near a child. Terrance Fayne, 34, and Jacobie Fayne, 29, were arrested and transported to Metro Jail on multiple charges including:
Trafficking Synthetic Marijuana, Chemical Endangerment of a Child, Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DV Assault
