Stepson Arrested in Domestic Violence Shooting

MOBILE, AL. Police officers have made an arrest this week in a shooting that involved a domestic incident while in a vehicle.
On Wednesday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 11:50 a.m., officers responded to the 2700 block of Thompson Drive S. in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim with non-life-threatening injuries.
He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Upon further investigation, officers discovered a known male subject shot the victim while they were both inside of a vehicle.
Later in the day, Jalyn Green, 24, was arrested and transported to Metro Jail.
Investigators discovered this to be a domestic incident involving the subject and his stepdad, the victim.
Green was charged with Domestic Violence 1st Degree.
