Motorcyclist Injured in Daphne Wreck

A motor vehicle wreck in the area of 7011 US 90 near the Home Depot Friday afternoon at around 2:15 p.m. injured at least one person.

Daphne police and fire departments responded to the crash involving a motorcyclist and vehicle.

A Medstar ambulance was also dispatched and arrived on the scene and assisted the patients.

The accident partially blocked the roadway in front of the busy shopping center.

A medical helicopter was also called to the scene.

At this time it is unknown how many persons were injured and Daphne police are investigating the crash.
