Mobile Man Indicted on Sex Charges Involving Children

MOBILE, Ala.

Police have arrested a man on multiple sex charges involving children after the mobile Grand Jury indicted him.

John Hoa Nguyen, 29 of Mobile, was booked on multiple sex crime charges involving children.

Nguyen turned himself into the Metro Jail Monday morning and is charged with:

Rape 1st degree

3 counts of Sodomy 1st degree

2 counts of sexual abuse involving a child

Sexual abuse 1st

Rape 2nd degree

Sodomy 2nd degree

After an investigation, police presented their case to the grand jury who handed down the formal charges.
