A New Resort Hotel and Casino May Be Coming to Biloxi

The Mississippi Gulf Coast may soon be adding another luxury hotel and casino.

Tullis Gardens Hotel and Casino has asked the Mississippi Gaming Commission for approval to build the resort on US Highway 90 near Oak Street and just west of the Harrah’s.

The plans also call for a replica of the historic Tullis Manor, which was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, to be built on the west end of the property.

If approved, the potential casino could have 300 hotel rooms, over 900 slot machines, and a 53,280 square floor casino floor.

The approval may come on Thursday when the Mississippi Gaming Commission meets.
