Mobile Man Indicted on Multiple Violent Sex Charges

MOBILE, Ala. A man charged on multiple sex offenses has been indicted by a Mobile Grand Jury.

A six-count indictment was handed down Friday.

21-year-old John Christopher Stallings was indicted on six counts, including:

First-degree rape by force

Sexual torture by force

Sexual torture with physical injury, two counts

First-degree sodomy by force

Sexual abuse by force

The indictment states the acts happened “on or about 2022-2023”” but stops short of additional information.

Stallings is in custody and bail was set at a total of $315,000, and he is to have no contact with the victim.
