Disturbance at Daphne Apartment Ends With Two Arrests

DAPHNE, Ala. Police were called to the Park at Whispering Pines Apartments on Sunday, August 9th, 2026, for a report of a disturbance.
Police said that two people were involved in a confrontation in the 20000 block of Pollard Road when officers arrived at apartment 126.
Investigating officers charged both people with disorderly conduct.
Collin Hess Matter and Lani Brooke Laster were both transported to the Daphne Jail and later released with a court date.
