Daphne Police Make 14 DUI Arrests-Drug Arrests In 9 Days

DAPHNE, Ala. During the first days of November, Daphne Police were able to stop and arrest fourteen impaired drivers, keeping the city safer.
From November 1st through November 10th, 2025, Daphne police officers have arrested drunk drivers throughout the city at various locations, and on various days and times.
Recent arrests for DUI included:
Christopher Keith Tucker, who was arrested on November 1, 2025, at 1:48 a.m.
Devie Goodson Griffin was arrested on November 2nd, 2025, at 00:31 a.m.
Shaun Michael Groh was arrested on November 2nd, 2025, at 7:11 p.m. near Windsor Drive and Lake Forest Blvd.
Thach Duc Nguyen was arrested on November 4, 2025, at 1:30 a.m. on State Highway 181.
Susan Lynn Gray was arrested on November 7, 2025, at 1:10 a.m. near Ryan Drive.
Herman Eugene Lambeth was arrested on November 7, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. on Frederick Blvd.
Jordy A Sevilla Duarte was arrested on November 7, 2025, at 10:44 p.m. on US 98 near the Microtel Inn.
Eduardo Nieves was arrested on November 8, 2025, at 1:50 a.m. near Ottawa Drive.
Michael Gene Jackson was arrested on November 8, 2025, at 3:10 a.m. on US 98 near Parrish Tires.
Juan Enrique Sanchez Candanedo was arrested on November 8, 2025, at 11:30 p.m. on US 98 near Whispering Pines Road.
Joshua Zane Whisenant was arrested on November 9th, 2025, close to midnight.
Tommy Eugene Curry was arrested on November 9th, 2025, at around 2:30 a.m. near US 90 and Jubilee Parkway.
Melissa Royal Kennair was arrested on November 9th, 2025, at around 2:54 a.m. on US 98 near the Firestone Tire store.
Jong Shik Jonathan Lim was arrested on November 9th, 2025, at 8; p.m. near Windsor Road.
Daphne police officers also charged several people with drug offenses and for being intoxicated while in public.
Sidney Wallace Johnston was arrested for public intoxication on November 2, 2025, around Bayview Dr. and Lake Cove Dr.
Christian David-Lee Taylor was arrested for public intoxication on November 3rd, 2025, at 1:40 a.m.
Jeffrey Lee Hemphill was arrested for public intoxication on November 4, 2025, at around 7:30 p.m. at Walmart.
The following people have been arrested for drug related offenses:
Ashley Marie Davis was arrested on November 2nd, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. near TJ Maxx and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Donna Marie Pettway was arrested on November 2nd, 2025, at 10:17 p.m. on US 98 near Whispering Pines Road and charged with Possession of Marijuana Second Degree
Shannon Wescovich Duval was arrested on November 6, 2025, at 9:22 a.m. for Possession of a Controlled Substance on US 98 near the Dollar Tree store.
Susan Hopper was arrested on November 8, 2025, at 9:28 p.m. for Possession of a Controlled Substance on Eisenhower Way.
Murphy Patrick Hamilton was arrested on November 10, 2025, at 8:38 a.m. and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Pinehill Road.
