Bay Minette Man Dies in Multi-Vehicle Collision

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala.
A multi-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 4:45 a.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025, and has claimed the life of a Bay Minette man.
Scott Garrett McKee, 41, was fatally injured when the 2007 Volkswagen Passat he was driving struck the 2024 Nissan Frontier driven by Noel Diaz Alzolay, 25, of Spanish Fort.
After the initial impact, the Passat then collided head-on with the 2007 Chevrolet C1500 pickup driven by Gregory Jackson Cobb, 61, of Greenville.
The Frontier driven by Alzolay continued off the roadway and struck a posted sign, an embankment, and then a tree.
McKee was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Cobb was also injured and transported to USA Hospital in Mobile for medical treatment.
The crash occurred on Baldwin County 138, approximately one mile west of Bay Minette, in Baldwin County.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
