Baldwin County Law Enforcement Make More Than a Dozen DUI Arrests During Holiday Weekend

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. More than a dozen DUI arrests were made in Baldwin County during the Memorial Day weekend including at least one person who was charged with operating a vessel while impaired.
Daphne police reported making five DUI arrests including:
Brandi Marie Fieser who was stopped by police on US 98 at Publix and charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.
Richard Lee Walden was arrested for Public Intoxication in the 100 block of Buena Vista Circle.
Samuel Cleo Tolbert was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance at Wat-a burger on State Highway 181.
Samuel Evan Baughn was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol) on US 98 at the Eastern shore motel.
Fernando Perez Perez- Lopez was stopped by Daphne police in the 20,000 block of US 98 and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol.
Keith Alan Bailey was arrested during a traffic stop on US 98 at Walmart and charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.
ALEA made a number of arrests including Tanner R Criswell who was found to be operating impaired and has been charged with Operating a Vessel Under the Influence.
ALEA also arrested Amberly C McLarty, 37, for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance after a traffic collision on Mary Ann Beach Road in the Barnwell Community.
Several other Baldwin County police agencies also made similar arrests over the long weekend, and statistics are still being compiled.
