Woman Faces 28 Charges During Daphne Drug Arrest

DAPHNE, Ala. A Daphne police officer conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation on a female driver on Monday, November 24th, 2025, at around 9 a.m.
During the officer’s interaction with the driver, later identified as Amber Shelton Boltz, officers also determined probable cause to suspect that Boltz had illegal narcotics.
Officers conducted a probable cause search and found a large amount of Methamphetamine.
Boltz was arrested and faces twenty-eight criminal charges, including serious felonies.
Boltz was booked into the Baldwin County Detention Center and was being held on a $77,000 bond.
