Woman Arrested in Cutting Incident at Mobile Park

MOBILE, Ala. A woman has been arrested for attacking and cutting a person at 8 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
The incident happened at the Public Safety Memorial Park.
Officers said they responded to a business on Government Street at 8 pm and discovered that a male had been cut with a small knife after a confrontation with two unknown persons at the park.
On Monday, April 28, Elisa Ann Blackburn was arrested and charged with second-degree assault in the earlier attack.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Mobile police did not state the circumstances of the attack or if a second person is still wanted in the incident.
