Double Shooting Reported in Daphne

DAPHNE Ala.

Two people were shot just before 9:00 p.m. in Daphne at the 10X Audubon Park Apartments located at 8160 County Road 64.

Daphne police, the fire department, and EMS responded to the area near building 15 and found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.

The Baldwin County Sheriff’s officer also responded to the shooting.

Both victims were rushed to a trauma center while police continued investigating the shooting at the apartment complex.

Both victims were reported to be in serious condition when they were transported from the scene.

A bag containing a green leafy substance was on the ground next to an evidence marker and by the open door of a vehicle.

Daphne police investigators remained at the scene for several hours.

At this time, no arrests in the shooting have been reported.

We also had a reporter on-scene for about three hours.
