Vehicle and Foot Pursuit Leads to Drug Arrest

Mobile police officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025, at around 9:31 p.m. near Bascombe Street and Alba Street.
Officers activated their emergency equipment, but the driver fled, and the officers initiated a pursuit.
As the driver approached Arlington Street, he jumped from the car and fled on foot with officers chasing him.
Officers quickly detained the subject and discovered drugs in a backpack he was carrying.
Fernandas Graham, 43, now faces charges of:
Trafficking Cocaine
Trafficking Fentanyl
Attempt to Elude,
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Possession of Marijuana
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs
Graham was booked into the mobile metro jail where he currently remains.
