Two Men Shot After One of Them Breaks Into a Home

MOBILE, Ala

An argument and physical dispute led to the shooting of two people Sunday night.

The suspect had allegedly showed up at the home to confront the victim and a woman. Police said the woman was physically assaulted during the incident.

Two men argued and both had guns and they both used them against each other.

Police were called to the 4500 block of Cypress Shores Drive at around 6 p.m. Sunday after people called 911 to report a shooting.

When they arrived, officers said they found the two men with gunshot wounds.
One of the men was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and the other was taken with life-threatening injuries.

Police said that the man with life-threatening injuries had broken into the other man’s home and was shot by the man.

Currently, police are still investigating the facts and determining if either person will face criminal charges.
