Tennessee Man Killed, Three Injured in Semmes Wreck

SEMMES, Ala. A serious motor vehicle collision on Lott Road left one person dead and three others injured Monday morning at around 10:15 a.m.
The Semmes police responded to a multi-vehicle crash on Lott Road just south of Lawshe Lane that involved a Toyota SUV and a pickup truck.
The Semmes Fire Department and EMS also responded.
Police said the driver of the SUV, 39-year-old Ian Hudson of Tennessee, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hudson’s wife and infant were taken to University Hospital in Mobile. The extent of their injuries is known, police said.
The driver of the truck suffered head injuries and was also taken to a local hospital, according to Semmes PD.
Police diverted traffic during their investigation.
The cause of the wreck remains under investigation.
