SUMMERDALE, Ala. On April 4, 2025, the Summerdale Police Department documented a report of child sexual abuse.
The case was transferred to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office for further investigation.
A forensic interview was conducted with the victim. During the interview, the victim disclosed that Brandon Michael Fry subjected her to sexual touching in her private area while they were within his garage. While touching the victim, Fry monitored his surveillance cameras connected to a computer to ensure no one was coming.
A search warrant was executed at the residence, during which Fry’s computer was seized.
The BCSO Digital Forensics Unit later gained access to the device. Upon examination, several hundred AI-generated images of child sexual abuse material were discovered.
The investigation revealed that Fry used images of children that he knew to create explicit content using artificial intelligence.
Fry was arrested on September 23, 2025, and charged with one count of Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 12, and four counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
During the interview, Fry admitted to knowingly possessing the child sexual abuse material.
At this time, an additional victim of physical touching has been identified.
This investigation is ongoing, and additional charges are anticipated.
The Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office, the Baldwin County MDT, and the Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center worked with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office on this case.
