Shooting at Mobile Business Leaves 2 Injured

A shooting investigation is underway after officers responded to a shooting at the Clark’s gas station at 3606 Moffit Road at around 6:00 a.m.

When the police first arrived on-scene, they were advised that one victim was taken by a personal vehicle to an area hospital.

While officers were still at the gas station, they discovered that a second person had been shot and attempted to drive away from the gas station but it was discovered a short distance away in the parking lot of 3353 Moffett Road (Elmore Van Services).

Mobile Fire and Rescue and an ambulance were called to that location to care for and transport that individual.

Both people who were shot have non-life-threatening injuries according to police.

At this time, the shooting is under investigation.
