Sheriff’s Office Reporting Body of Missing Man Found

MOBILE, AL. The body of a missing person has been found this morning.

The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office had been searching for Kurt Manteuel who was reported as missing, since leaving work in Saraland on Monday.

On Tuesday, Manteufel’s vehicle was found unoccupied in a wooded, secluded area in the 7800 block of Jones Road in Wilmer around 1 p.m.

It was reported that Manteufel had been in a depressed state the sheriff’s office said.

Mobile County Sheriff’s Office said no other information is being released at this time.
