Police Quickly Make Burglary Arrest at Hotel

MOBILE, AL. A guest at a local hotel reported that someone had burglarized his vehicle and police were dispatched on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m.

Mobile police officers responded to 5498 Inn Road (Inn Town Suites) and conducted their investigation.

Officers discovered a male subject unlawfully entered the vehicle and removed the radio and speakers.
Upon further investigation, officers were able to identify and locate the subject who was still at the location.

Police arrested Patrick Benson, 37, and he was transported to Metro Jail.

Benson has been charged with felony breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.
