Persons Injured During Rollover Wreck on Interstate 10

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. An early Sunday morning accident on Interstate 10 caused injuries and shut down several travel lanes at around 1:10 a.m.
Other travelers on the Interstate called 911 and reported that one vehicle had rolled over and that a person was trapped.
The Rosinton Fire Department, EMS, and ALEA troopers were dispatched to the area of the 53-mile marker.
A medical helicopter was also dispatched to the scene.
The Rosinton Fire Department remained on-scene assisting other emergency personnel for almost two hours.
ALEA reported that the injured were transported to area hospitals and that the wreck was under investigation.
