Person Injured After Falling From Horse

LILLAN, Ala. One person has been injured after falling or being thrown from a horse in Lillian.
The Baldwin County 911 Communications Center received a 911 call for help on Sunset Drive at around 2:10 p.m. on Sunday, November 30th, 2025.
The Lillian Fire Department and Medstar EMS were dispatched to the scene.
A medical helicopter was also dispatched but was later canceled.
We have been told that the injured person was a teenager and that the ambulance transported her to nearby emergency department with non-life-threatening injuries.
