Oklahoma Woman Dies After Falling From Vehicle in Gulf Shores

GULF SHORES, Ala. A 39-year-old woman from Oklahoma has died after falling from a vehicle and police are investigating the circumstances.
The Gulf Shores Police Department said that first responders were dispatched to the 2000 block of Gulf Shores Parkway about 1 a.m. Sunday for a woman injured.
Upon arrival, they found Jaclyn Marie Chapman, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who was suffering from serious injuries.
Gulf Shores police closed the road to conduct their investigation and were able to determine that prior to the arrival of emergency responders, Chapman was injured in the 11000 block of West Fort Morgan Road.
Authorities said that Chapman was a passenger in the vehicle and that she fell from the moving vehicle though police said that how it happened is still under investigation.
Although Chapman was rushed by EMS to an area hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
At this time police have not released the vehicle’s drivers name or other information on this death.
