FOLEY, AL. The Foley Fire Department has responded to two separate fires on the same street during December, according to the fire chief.
According to the Foley Fire Department, the latest fire broke out in a home on Linton Lane on Friday, Dec. 26, at around 12:50 p.m.
Firefighters arriving in the area immediately notified other responders that it was a working fire with heavy flames showing.
And despite the work of firefighters, the home was destroyed.
The residents of the home, a woman and her three-month-old baby, were not at home at the time the fire began.
Foley Fire Chief Joseph Darby says the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
The fire chief said that just across the street from the home, there was another fire. This time an home was destroyed on December 5th, 2025, and on the 7th, an RV near the home was ruined in another fire.
No one lived in the home when the fire began on Friday, Dec. 5. It is unknown what caused this fire.
According to Darby, all of these fires are under investigation.
No injuries were reported in any of the fires.
