Mobile Woman Arrested After Shooting Into Home, Car, During Fight

MOBILE, Ala.

Mobile Police say that they responded to a shooting Wednesday and made an arrest of
a female.

Mobile police arrested 35-year-old Brandy Kirk in connection with the incident that happened in the 200 block of Hillcrest Road. Officers responded around 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to police, Kirk had been involved in a physical fight with people she knew when she fired several rounds indiscriminately.

According to police, the victim’s car was hit several times by gunfire and one round entered the victim’s home.

Kirk was booked in the metro jail and faces charges:
Shooting into an occupied building
Shooting into an occupied or unoccupied vehicle
Harassment

A bond hearing is scheduled for Friday.
