Mobile Police Investigating Fatal Shooting

MOBILE Ala. On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at approximately 9:15 p.m., the Mobile Police Department received a call about gunfire and dispatched officers to the 2100 block of Wagner Street and dispatched officers to the area.
When police officers arrived at the location, they found a male victim that had been struck by gunfire and was suffering from a gunshot wound in the area of 500 Summerville Street.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries but has since succumbed to his injuries.
The victim of the shooting has been identified as Cordell Robinson, 46.
Police investigators are working the shooting as a homicide.
