Mobile Police Charge Man in Stabbing Attack

MOBILE, AL. On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at approximately 7:42 p.m., officers were flagged down by individuals near Airport Boulevard and S. Florida Street.
When officers stopped, they observed that one person was suffering from a stab wound.
The male victim, who police did not identify, was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Upon further investigation, officers discovered the incident occurred in the 600 block of Glenwood Street.
Upon arrival, officers identified and located a male subject suspected as the person who committed the assault.
Wilson Garcia-Rodriguez, 25, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Assault and transported to Metro Jail.
