Mobile Police Charge Driver With Manslaughter in Deadly Old Shell Road Wreck

MOBILE, AL. Police have charged a woman with manslaughter after completing an investigation into a fatal motor vehicle collision.
The traffic collision occurred in February of this year and killed 21-year-old Carlos Funez, Mobile police stated.
Jennfier Farley, 47, has now been charged with Manslaughter that occurred at Old Shell Road and Cosgrove Drive.
Police stated that Farley has a long history of traffic and drug arrests, and that she has also been charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia as well as driving with a suspended license during the wreck.
According to police, Funez was standing beside his vehicle, which had its hazards on, when another vehicle traveling westbound hit him.
At his time, Farley remains in the Metro jail.
