Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit Arrests Suspect for Internet Child Sex Materials

MOBILE, AL. The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit has arrested Donovan Keeling following an investigation into suspected child sexual abuse material.
The investigation began after the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). During the investigation, MCSO ICAC investigators identified Keeling as the suspect and obtained a search warrant for his residence.
On August 25, 2026, members of the MCSO ICAC Unit, with assistance from the MCSO Special Operations Unit, executed the search warrant at Keeling’s residence off Bay Shore Avenue.
As a result of the investigation, Donovan Keeling was arrested and charged with three counts of Unlawful Possession of Child Pornography.
Keeling was transported to the Mobile County Metro Jail.
