I-10 Wrong-Way Driver Crashes Head-On With Truck

ROSINTON, Ala. At approximately 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency was notified of a wrong-way driver on Interstate 10 in Baldwin County.
While state troopers were looking for the vehicle, the driver crashed head-on, and one of the vehicles rolled over near Mile Marker 52. One person was trapped inside their vehicle.
Th Rosinton and Styx River Fire Departments, ambulances, and ALEA troopers were dispatched to the scene, and firefighters immediately began extricating a person from the vehicle.
Interstate-10 was shut down, and a medical helicopter landed nearby.
At 10:55 a.m., we were told that one person was in very critical condition.
ALEA is continuing to conduct an investigation.
