I-10 Wreck Patients Airlifted To Trauma Center

ROSINTON, Ala. An early Sunday morning wreck on Interstate 10 has resulted in several people being injured.

The Baldwin County 911 Communication Center first received a call of an automated crash notification on Interstate 10 near mile marker 65 Eastbound just before 6 a.m.

While law enforcement and area fire departments were responding, 911 received additional calls that there was a wreck with injuries at the location, and a possible entrapment.

Additional resources, including a medical helicopter, was also dispatched to the scene and the injured were transported to an area trauma center.

ALEA troopers are investigating the wreck.
