Friday Morning Fire Destroys Rabun Home

An early Friday morning fire in a rural part of Baldwin County destroyed a residence in the Rabun community.

Multiple fire departments including Rabun, Stockton, Perdido, Tensaw, Lottie, and Bay Minnette all responded to the fire at 14645 Shipp Road. EMS and the sheriff’s department were also dispatched.

Firefighters found the mobile home engulfed in flames and checked to make sure that there was no one inside.

At this time no injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
