Foley Police Capture Burglar in the Act

FOLEY, Ala.
Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the 15000 block of State Hwy 59 at approximately 2:45 a.m.
Officers arrived at a business where they soon found a man inside a business that had been burglarized.
Officers say that they apprehended Patrick Odell Levens, 52, still inside of the business.
Levens, who is from Pensacola Florida, is being charged with Burglary 3rd, Criminal Mischief 1st, and Possession of Burglaries Tools.
A police investigation showed that Levens had used a power tool to cut a hole into the rear wall of the building to gain entry.
Foley Investigators are looking further into the case to determine if Levens has been involved in other burglaries in Baldwin County.
