Foley Police Arrest Man on Child Pornography Charges
Foley Ala.
On Tuesday, September 3rd, at approximately 2:45pm, the Foley Police Department arrested Kaleb Owens, 42, on child pornography charges.
The Foley Police Department had probable cause to believe Owens both filmed and disseminated explicit footage of a minor.
Owens is being charged with Dissemination/Display of Child Pornography, Production of Pornography with Minors, and Criminal Surveillance.
Owens is currently out on a previous bond on a charge of Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Personal Injury or Death after a fatal hit and run accident near the intersection of Co Rd 65 and Airport Rd in March of 2024.
The Foley Police will be requesting to have his bond revoked.
