Disturbance at Daphne Apartment Injures 1 Person

DAPHNE Ala. A disturbance involving multiple people at a Daphne apartment sent one person to the hospital and left police asking questions.
On Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, at around 4:00 p.m., several people were involved in a verbal and physical altercation at the 10X Audubon Apartments, located at 8160 County Road 64.
Our reporter arrived shortly before Daphne police and saw a crowd of 15-20 people, some engaged in yelling, while at least three other people were face to face, and shoving each other in front of building 13.
The Daphne Fire Department and a Medstar ambulance were also dispatched to the scene and transported one person, believed to be a juvenile, to an area hospital.
Daphne police on-scene stated that they could not answer any questions because they were still investigating the incident.
Our reporter spoke to two tenants who stated that juveniles and at least one adult face to face yelling, threatening, and physically engaged.
We reached out to the police chief for further information and will update our story when we receive that information.
