Daphne Police Make Felony Drug Arrest

DAPHNE, Ala. A Daphne police officer on patrol early Friday morning, September 5th, 2025, observed a driver at 6000 block of Bayfront Park Dr, in an area that was closed to the public.
While the officer was conducting his investigation, it was determined that the driver, who was later identified as William Ross Dean, 39, was impaired and was taken into custody.
During this time, police also found Methamphetamine in his possession.
Dean was arrested and has been charged with:
Driving Under the Influence (Controlled Substances)
Felony Possession of Methamphetamine
Dean was transported to the Baldwin County Detention Center, where he is being held on a bond.
