Daphne Police Charge Woman With Felony Drugs and DUI

DAPHNE, Ala. The Daphne Police made a traffic stop in the 8000 block of Whispering Pines Rd just after 7 a.m., Monday, September 28, 2025.
When officers were engaging with the driver, later identified as Michelle Patrice Dobson,51, police said that they suspected that she was driving under the influence of possible narcotics.
Police were concerned about Dobson’s well-being, and the Daphne Fire Department and an ambulance arrived to check out Dobson.
Daphne police officers did find a controlled substance and determined that the driver while impaired.
Dobson has been charged with:
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Driving Under the Influence
Dobson was transported to the Baldwin County Detention Center, where she is being held on a $6000 bond.
