Daphne Police Charge 3 Women With Organized Retail Crime At Ulta Beauty Store

DAPHNE Ala. Three women are sitting in the Baldwin County Detention Center today after being arrested for Organized Retail Theft and multiple other charges.

Mayasia Yuanna Donshay Bolton, Kixxie Kenyetta Evans, and Aureka Pascale Ducksworth all face serious felony charges after Daphne police were called to the Ulta Beauty Store located in the Jubilee Mall Shopping Center, 6850 US-90 in Daphne at around 6:52 p.m.

Employees at the store spotted the three women concealing merchandise and notified police.

Officers responded and were able to detain the three women and recover the stolen merchandise.

Bolton is charged with:
Organized Retail Theft
Possession of Marijuana
Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement Officer

Evans is charged with:
Organized Retail Theft

Ducksworth is charged with:
Organized Retail Theft
