Daphne Police Charge 2 People With Organized Retail Thefts From Lowe’s

DAPHNE Ala. Employees at Lowe’s Home Improvement located at 29645 Frederick Boulevard notified the Baldwin County Communications 911 Center of a theft in progress and requested police to respond.
Two people were apprehended stealing a large quantity of Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors from the store.
Daphne police officers arrived and arrested Alain Rodriguez Riona and Claudia Arelis Valdes Perez.
Both have been charged with:
Organized Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property
These are classified as Class B Felonies.
Both persons were transported and booked into the Baldwin County Detention Center.
