Daphne Police Arrest Driver For Felony Drug Offenses

DAPHNE, Ala. Police in Daphne conducted a traffic stop on a driver after observing a moving violation on Sunday, November 9th, 2025, at around 6:00 p.m.
During the traffic stop, police also found that the driver, identified as Susan Hopper, 53, was also in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Hopper was placed under arrest and transported to the Baldwin County Detention Center, where she is being held on a $5500 bond.
