Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Charges Foley Man With Murder

FOLEY, Ala.

An argument in Baldwin County has led to the death of a man after he was shot to death.

The late-night shooting occurred in a neighborhood off County Road 20 in south Foley at around 12:30 a.m.

59-year-old Michael David Norton was taken into custody and charged with murder.

The name of the victim has not yet been released.

The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office said that the investigation is continuing and at this time they do not know what the confrontation was about or why Norton shot the victim.
