Baldwin County Deputies Make Arrest After Semi-Truck Stolen From Hwy 59

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. A vehicle left beside the road after breaking down suddenly disappeared when its owner came back for it.
The driver of the truck reported to law enforcement that the large semi-truck was no longer where it had been parked on State Highway 59 in Little River.

Deputies from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office began investigating and they were able to develop some information that the truck had been stolen and moved to a secluded property.
As they investigated further, deputies were able to locate the vehicle hidden on private property.

Anthony Thomas Boone, 57, has been arrested for felony theft of a vehicle and booked into the Baldwin County detention center.

Boone is being held on a $7500 bond.
