Alabama Murder Suspect Captured in Florida

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala.

An arrest has been made in the murder of a man that was found in Mobile Bay last week.

Officers recovered the body of 33-year-old Donald Neece in the lower Delta after someone called 911.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has identified the suspect as Zachri Frazer, 22, of Jamaica.

The ALEA release said the suspect took Neece’s vehicle from the scene and drove to Florida. Marion County deputies allegedly spotted Frazer driving the vehicle and was involved in a pursuit with the suspect before getting Frazier into custody.

Frazer, who officials said had been living in Mobile, was arrested after what was described as a short pursuit.

Officials said that Frazer is charged with murder and awaits extradition to Alabama.
