Woman Faces Multiple Charges During DUI Arrest

DAPHNE Ala. A woman who was stopped by police for traffic infractions is now facing serious charges and is currently being held at the Baldwin County Detention Center.
Cassandra Mary Sloan, 33, was pulled over for several violations and at that time was found to be under the influence of illegal drugs while driving with children in her vehicle.
Sloan also failed a field sobriety exam and was taken into custody.
Daphne police officers have charged Sloan with:
Driving Under the Influence (Controlled Substances)
2 Counts of Reckless Endangerment
3 Counts of Assault – Child Endangerment – Chemical
Possession of Marijuana 2nd
Drug Paraphernalia-1st Offense
Reckless Endangerment
