Two Persons Charged With Retail Theft at Dillard’s
MOBILE, Ala.

Police were called to the Dillard’s store at the Shoppes at Bel Air Mall regarding two persons who were fleeing with merchandise that had not been paid for.
When officers arrived, they heard that two suspects had left the store with multiple items that they had stolen and were fleeing through the parking lot.
According to the Mobile Police Department, the two people arrested were Zachary Workman, 24, and Kaci Lyons, 36, of Irvington.
Jail records show that Workman was charged with third-degree receiving stolen property (a felony) and Lyons was charged with first-degree retail theft of property following the incident.
