Two Men Killed in Foley Crash

Foley police responded to a double fatality wreck in their city that killed two teens.

According to police, the teens were riding on an electric scooter when they were struck from behind by another vehicle at the intersection of Airport Road and County Road 65.
Both men, Cesar Chavez, 18, from Foley, and his cousin Brandon Palencia,19, from New York, succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

This area has seen multiple accidents with injuries and several deaths in recent years.

At this time, the Foley Police Department has not released further details.
