Two I-10 Wrecks Slow Traffic -Cause Minor Injuries

SPANISH FORT Ala. Two wrecks on I-10 Thursday morning slowed traffic but only caused minor injuries troopers stated.
One of those wrecks involved a single-vehicle crash at around 9:35 a.m. when the driver lost control of his vehicle and slammed into a bridge near mile-marker 29.
Spanish Fort Fire Department and ALDOT responded along with an aLEA trooper and shut down the left lane westbound for a short time.
No serious injuries were reported there and the vehicle was towed away and traffic was back to normal soon.
A second multi-vehicle crash on I-10 a short time later was also minor but restricted the flow of traffic for a short time.
No injuries were reported there either.
