Two Arrested Inside Stolen Vehicle

Mobile police officers were patrolling the area of Calmes Street on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, at around 2:27 a.m.
As officers passed by the 1800 block, they observed a vehicle that was parked with several people inside.
Officers were notified that the vehicle had been stolen from Dexter Street.
Police took two people into custody later identified as Anthony Lary, 59, and Timothy Kitt, 41 and transported them to the Mobile County Metro Jail.
Lary was charged with Theft in the First Degree (Felony) and Kitt has been charged with:
Probation Violation and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony)
