Troopers Charge Drunk Driver With Endangering Children

BALDWIN COUNTY Ala. On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, an Alabama Law Enforcement Agency trooper conducted a traffic stop and during his investigation determined that the driver appeared to be impaired.
Troopers conducted further exams and investigations and placed DYLAN ROBERT BOMAN, 33, for Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol).
The trooper also noticed that there were two young children in the vehicle with Boman.
Boman was additionally charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of Child and Reckless Endangerment.
The driver was booked into the Baldwin County Detention Center.
